As a former convent student, it is my desire to make women aware of their strengths.
The goal is to present the most diverse women as stars on one stage with all facets and everything they have achieved so far.
“Don’t look forward, look back” is the motto, because none of us has to do more to be allowed to celebrate.
Look back at what you have accomplished to this day and celebrate yourself today for what you have already achieved.

Part 1: 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.
Successful through the perception of one’s own strengths: After a short impulse by Anne-Katrin Schmülling, owner Celebrate Life Event Planning, on the topic of “self-marketing”, let yourself be presented as a star and use a great stage to strengthen yourself through targeted female networking. In a gala performance, the facets and competencies of all participants will become visible. Become an active part in creating new synergies in a special format!
Part 2: 7:30 to 9:00 p.m.
Successful through female networking: In the evening, choose your area of interest from marketing, leading in male domains, recruiting to compatibility of family & career and other topics. Network with the relevant competencies to strengthen your network in a targeted way.
